This class is one of our most popular and well attended classes at the Center. This class is a great starting point for seniors who are new to exercise, or simply want to have a gentle, easy to follow program. Chair Exercise is designed to improve balance, posture, mobility and flexibility. Small weights are available for those who choose to use them.
