Watch the Senior Center’s own Tai Chi, Aerobics and Zumba participants show you how fun and vibrant our classes are. Learn how to defend yourself at the “Cane-Fu” demonstration. Get your blood pressure and bone density checked, learn about free phones and other devices available to seniors.
