Exercise Classes

Light Body Toning - Mon @ 8:30 am & Thur @ 11:30 am

This exciting and popular class is a wonderful way to stay in shape without high impact. Boost your metabolism and burn body fat while listening to good music and being with friends!

Chair Exercise - Mon @ 8:30 am & 10:00 am, Wed @ 9:00 am & 10:00 am, Thur @ 9:00 am, Fri @ 9:00 am &

This easy, award-winning video is perfect for those who haven’t exercised in awhile or those who just want a slower-paced, easier workout! Gentle movements with easy to follow instructions are perfect for almost all levels of ability and can be done from your chair, wheelchair, or even standing.

Aerobics - Mon & Wed @ 11:30am

Reboot your fitness while you move your body to the rhythm of the beat! This energetic, 45-minute, low to no impact of aerobic class is designed for all levels. Enhance coordination, increase cardiac endurance, build strength, and improve balance and flexibility using a variety of equipment. Sitting options are provided.

Standing Pilates - Mon @ 10:00 am & Wed @ 8:30 am

Standing Pilates is similar to regular Pilates, without getting down on the floor. Pilates is a fantastic, low impact form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body and developing core strength which can improve general fitness and overall well-being.

Core & Strength - Mon @ 11:30 am

Core and Strength is a wonderful program for those seeking a highly effective, yet little less than a full aerobic workout. This program will strengthen your body, tone your muscles, and bring back the stamina you used to have.

Intermediate Hatha Yoga - Mon @ 1:30 pm

Mind, body and spirit all play a role in how our bodies work. Yoga brings these elements together for a peaceful, healthy you. Keep in mind that this is an intermediate class, so if you're a first-timer, our gentle yoga class may be better suited to your needs.

*A yoga mat is needed and a yoga block is recommended!*

In this beginner-friendly yoga class, instructor Julie Han teaches you how to find your zen and bring your body and mind together for a peaceful and relaxing yoga experience. Come join us!

Chair Yoga - Wed @ 12:15 pm

Chair Yoga is a wonderful way to produce the benefits of yoga in a gentle form. This form of yoga brings together the spirit, body, and mind to create an extremely relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Brain & Body - Wed @ 8:30 am

Sponsored by UC Davis Health and the Greater Sacramento Women’s Brain Health Program (GROW), this unique blend of exercise and brain health education will elevate your overall well being! In this class you will strengthen your body, boost your energy and vitality, do a highly effective, low-impact workout for all fitness levels, and learn practical tips for a healthy brain.
